Cancellation & Refund Policy

At TryzenSolution, we provide eCommerce and restaurant website and app development services to help you get online orders with platforms with charge lifetime ot monthly subscription-based your services requirment.

Since our services involve digital delivery, setup work, integrations, server resources, and ongoing monthly maintenance, our cancellation and refund terms are structured accordingly.

1. Subscription Cancellation Policy

All subscriptions (monthly plans, service retainers, hosting, maintenance, and support) renew automatically.

If a customer wishes to cancel their subscription, they must raise a cancellation request at least 3–5 days before the next billing date.

Cancellation requests received after the renewal charge has been processed cannot be refunded for that billing cycle.

Lifetime plans or one-time setup fees are non-cancellable and non-refundable at any point since work, design, setup, or development begins immediately after onboarding.

2. One-Time Setup Fees & Custom Development

All one-time payments such as:

  • Website design & development
  • eCommerce or Restaurant setup
  • Online ordering system setup
  • Custom design as per framework
  • Payment gatway Integrations
  • Branding or configuration

are non-refundable once the project has been initiated on your server.

Work typically starts within 24–48 hours after payment; therefore no cancellation is possible once the process has begun.

3. Service Delivery & Quality Concerns

If the delivered website or service does not match the agreed scope, you may contact our support team within 2 days of delivery.

TryzenSolution will review the issue, verify the scope, and take appropriate corrective actions.

Refunds are only applicable if:

  • No work has been started,
  • The request is made within 48 hours of the initial payment, and
  • The project has not entered the design, setup, or deployment phase.

4. No Refunds on Digital Services Already Delivered

Since our services involve:

  • Digital design
  • Technical setup
  • Server provisioning
  • API configurations
  • Content uploads
  • Store creation
  • Feature activation

Refunds cannot be issued once:

  • Access to the dashboard/website has been shared, or
  • Work has been started, or
  • A subscription cycle has already been renewed.

5. Monthly Subscription Refunds

Subscription payments already deducted cannot be refunded.

Refunds are not applicable for:

  • Partial usage of a month
  • Non-usage of the service
  • Change of business decision
  • Delayed cancellation requests

Approved refunds (rare and case-by-case) will take 3–5 business days to reflect in the customer's bank account.
